MetaKai Financial and AI Disclaimer
Effective date: July 30, 2026
This Disclaimer applies to MetaKai’s websites, applications, research, data, alerts, analytics, artificial-intelligence features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It supplements the Terms of Service.
1. Information and research only
The Services provide investment research, data organization, analytical tools, and decision-support information. Unless MetaKai, Inc. enters into a separate written agreement with you that expressly states otherwise, MetaKai does not undertake to act as your investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, fiduciary, tax adviser, legal adviser, or accounting adviser.
Nothing in the Services is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation or endorsement of a security, digital asset, derivative, investment strategy, issuer, or transaction.
MetaKai does not execute trades, hold assets, monitor your entire financial situation, or determine whether an investment is suitable for you.
2. Personalization is limited
MetaKai may personalize, rank, filter, summarize, or surface information based on your watchlists, preferences, prompts, activity, or other inputs.
Personalization does not mean MetaKai has evaluated your full portfolio, objectives, income, net worth, tax position, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, legal restrictions, or investment horizon. A security or strategy surfaced by the Services may be unsuitable for you.
You are responsible for your decisions. Consider obtaining advice from a properly licensed professional who can evaluate your individual circumstances.
3. AI and algorithmic limitations
Some output may be generated, transformed, ranked, or summarized using artificial intelligence, machine learning, or rules-based systems. AI and algorithmic output can:
- be incorrect, incomplete, stale, biased, inconsistent, or fabricated;
- omit material facts, context, risks, or conflicts;
- confuse issuers, securities, dates, units, or sources;
- rely on estimates or assumptions that later change; and
- produce different answers to similar questions.
AI-generated content is not verified merely because it is specific, fluent, or confident. A label such as “AI Signal” identifies the nature of the output; it is not a reliability guarantee.
Verify important claims against current primary sources, including regulator filings, issuer materials, exchange notices, and authoritative market data. Review cited sources, dates, definitions, calculations, and assumptions before acting.
4. Market data and timeliness
Prices, quotes, fundamentals, estimates, news, corporate actions, technical levels, and other market information may be delayed, adjusted, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. A displayed timestamp may indicate when MetaKai or a provider received data rather than when the market event occurred.
Do not rely on MetaKai as your sole source for time-sensitive trading, order status, position monitoring, margin, compliance, or risk management. Confirm current information with your broker, exchange, issuer, regulator, or another authoritative source.
5. Investment risk
All investing and trading involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Some securities and strategies involve leverage, concentration, volatility, liquidity, counterparty, regulatory, currency, tax, technology, or total-loss risk.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Forecasts, targets, scenarios, simulations, backtests, hypothetical performance, analyst estimates, and model outputs are uncertain and may not reflect fees, taxes, liquidity, slippage, market impact, or real trading conditions.
No statement in the Services guarantees a profit, prevents a loss, or predicts a future result.
6. Sources, estimates, and opinions
MetaKai may distinguish among source-backed facts, estimates, AI-generated interpretations, MetaKai editorial views, user notes, and items needing verification. These labels are intended to help you assess information, but no label guarantees accuracy or completeness.
Third-party sources may revise or remove information. MetaKai may interpret, summarize, normalize, or combine source material, which can introduce error. A citation does not mean the source reviewed or endorsed MetaKai’s presentation.
Opinions and “MetaKai View” content are judgments as of the stated date and may change without notice.
7. Conflicts of interest
MetaKai, its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, or content contributors may hold positions in, transact in, or have other interests relating to securities, issuers, or industries discussed in the Services. Those interests may create actual or perceived conflicts.
Where MetaKai publishes sponsored content, receives issuer compensation for content, or has another material conflict that requires disclosure, MetaKai will identify it as required by law. Do not assume that the absence of a general disclosure means no person associated with MetaKai holds a position.
8. No issuer or regulatory endorsement
Unless expressly stated, issuers discussed in the Services have not reviewed or approved MetaKai’s analysis. MetaKai is not endorsed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, any exchange, or any other regulator.
Regulators do not approve the accuracy of investment research or AI output.
9. Geographic limitations
Financial laws and product availability differ by jurisdiction. Access to the Services from a location does not mean the Services or every feature is licensed, registered, lawful, or appropriate there.
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you. MetaKai may restrict features or access where required.
